We represent Stalvia Group, one of Ukraine’s leading full-cycle metalworking enterprises. The Stalvia brand operates two production facilities: RemTech Service and UkrRemBaza.
Stalvia’s history began with the overhaul and manufacture of mining equipment, including tunneling and longwall shearers, as well as conveyor systems. We work with major Ukrainian industrial groups, including ArcelorMittal, DTEK, Metinvest, Interpipe, and others, as well as coal preparation plants and mining and processing facilities. This background has provided us with a deep understanding of demanding operating environments and strict reliability requirements.
Today, Stalvia is a modern manufacturing enterprise equipped with high-precision machinery, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, CNC turning centers, heat treatment furnaces, advanced welding systems, and large-scale horizontal boring mills.
These capabilities allow us to deliver complex projects, including precision machining, shafts and gear assemblies, gearboxes, structural fabrications, and custom-engineered components manufactured strictly to customer drawings. All production is handled within a fully integrated in-house cycle supported by quality control certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Stalvex manages the entire process in the United States — from receipt of drawings and cost estimation to contract execution, quality oversight, logistics management, and final delivery.
